The Expo will be held at the Perth Town Hall from 1-16 July 2017. Open daily from 10am to 4pm, and entry is free.
The Expo presents Tesla's documents and scientific artifacts from the archives of the Nikola Tesla Museum, as well as replicas of his inventions. It also aims to raise awareness of Tesla's work and how it still lives in today's technologically connected society.
In 2006 and 2011 similar exhibitions of Tesla's invention replicas, personal correspondence and artefacts was hosted in Fremantle and Perth and both were a huge success, with a very large number of visitors, some coming from Eastern states of Australia and even from Asia. Similarly to last time, we intend to make the exhibition free to attend for everybody. The purpose is to inspire people of all ages, and in particular youth, to develop an appreciation and interest in science and innovation.
Our organisation is run by volunteers and it is not for profit and your support to our events is always important and very much appreciated. The organising of this exhibition is a complex task and significant funds are required for shipping of exhibits, insurance, Museum representatives travel costs, Town Hall hire, marketing etc. This is quite a significant challenge for a community group like ours, especially in the current economic environment. Therefore any financial and in-kind assistance is welcome and greatly appreciated. We will recognize all support in our marketing campaign and during the event.
You are kindly requested to consider providing your support to this wonderful event. More details on how you can contribute HERE.

We are working closely with The Museum of Nikola Tesla in Belgrade to organize the transport of exhibits and their display. The Museum was established in 1952, after the ruling of a US court to allow the transfer of the documents and Tesla's personal belongings to Belgrade. This Museum is the only one in the world which preserves the original and personal belongings of Nikola Tesla, including the urn with his remains.
The museum holds several exceptionally valuable collections such as:
In the scientific field, the Museum carries out research and publishes Tesla's original works, while staff and associates take part in scientific conferences at which research results are presented.
Recognizing the universal importance of Nikola Tesla and his creation, UNESCO included Tesla's archive in 2003, as a part of the movable documentary heritage of mankind in the Register "Memory of the World".
